WiderLearning Delivery Agreement

WiderLearning are pleased to provide for your consideration our new delivery agreement, offered with an enhanced and updated range of opportunities to engage with in 2024-25.

We have continued to develop our provision in response to the priorities and needs you have talked to us about, particularly responding to some of the issues being experienced post-pandemic.

Our core offer continues to provide support for schools to challenge and improve children and young people’s friendships and relationships, personal development and interpersonal skills, self-confidence and self-esteem, safety, emotional well-being, respect, resilience and character. These skills and attributes are vital for improving motivation and behaviour, can contribute towards establishing a platform for good mental health and emotional wellbeing and lead to improved outcomes. 

For 2024-25 our established programme features the following:

  • Full content review of our most popular programmes, Digital Ambassadors and Ambassadors Plus, to continue to provide relevant online safety best practice

  • A review of our KS2 STEPS Peer Support and anti-bullying programme

  • Revised and updated our KS2 Xplore Pupil Activity and Playground Leader training

  • Enhanced emphasis on reporting safeguarding issues and the role of Trusted Adults

  • Improved focus and reinforcement of appropriate pupil vocabulary relevant to each programme

  • Revised mapping tools for all programmes, referenced to the Ofsted Framework, the PSHE curriculum and the recently introduced RSHE Statutory Guidance

  • Continued implementation of bespoke classroom posters relevant to each programme to help you promote the key messages

Our WiseUP! programme is proving to be a very important and popular programme in the current situation. Aimed at Y4 through a series of whole class delivery sessions it addresses issues around safeguarding, with a focus on positive, safe friendships and relationships, and dealing with emotions and feelings appropriately.

Financial Year 2024-2025. Delivery can take place up to 31st August 2025.

Our three standard packages are:       Bronze, Silver, Gold, Gold Plus

WiderLearning Bronze package

The Bronze level includes full planning, delivery, resources, review and relevant follow up activity for one programme of your choice from the following established training. Our trainers are all experienced qualified teachers with enhanced DBS clearance.

  • Digital Ambassadors: KS2/KS3 Online safety and developing pupil leaders

  • Digital Ambassadors Plus: KS2/KS3 Extending the role of Digital Ambassadors, promoting digital resilience, healthy habits and creating a positive online space

  • WiseUP!: KS2 Learning about positive friendships, safe and appropriate relationships. Dealing with and expressing emotions and feelings. Trusted Adults.

  • New - BeWISE!: KS1/KS2 Learning about our body, using appropriate vocabulary. Staying safe and Trusted Adults

  • STEPS: KS2/KS3 Peer Support, Anti-Bullying and Peer Mentor Training

  • Revised - Xplore: KS2/KS3 Pupil Activity and Playground Leaders training

  • CHAMPS: KS3/KS4/KS5 Accredited Peer Support and Peer Mentor Training

  • Revised and Flexible - Adult SENSE: Workshops for parents and carers to better understand and be able to support their children’s social, emotional and mental health needs.

Participants all receive a resource pack, badge/lanyard, stickers or certificate relevant to the programmes undertaken.

We also provide you with:

  • Phone and email support as required. Detailed co-ordinators programme briefing notes and a pre-delivery consultation meeting. Document templates for use with parents.

  • A detailed mapping tool for each programme to help you identify evidence and impact against Ofsted criteria and relevant areas of the PSHE and other curriculum requirements.

  • Programme specific classroom posters reinforcing the relevant vocabulary

  • One additional half day support and review session to be used with staff or pupils. Content to be agreed in consultation with each school in response to your priorities.

  • School Partnership Certificate

  • 5% discount on any further programme, activity or event that you may wish to purchase during the year.

WiderLearning Silver package

Includes all the benefits of the Bronze package plus the following:

  •  Full planning, delivery, review and relevant follow up activity for two programmes in total.

  • 5% discount on any further programme, activity or event that you may wish to buy during the year.

WiderLearning Gold package

Includes all the benefits of the Bronze package plus the following:

  •  Full planning, delivery, review and relevant follow up activity for three programmes in total.

  • 10% discount on any further programme, activity or event that you may wish to buy during the year.

  •  Two half day support and review sessions to be used with staff or pupils. Content to be agreed in consultation with each school in response to your issues and priorities.

WiderLearning Gold Plus package

Includes all the benefits of the Bronze package plus the following:

  •  Full planning, delivery, review and relevant follow up activity for four programmes in total.

  • 10% discount on any further programme, activity or event that you may wish to buy during the year.

  •  Two half day support and review sessions to be used with staff or pupils. Content to be agreed in consultation with each school in response to your issues and priorities.
